Amazing high quality charger

It charges really fast and also offers adjustable charging speeds and allows to customize the charging rate to meet needs. And the Wi-Fi connectivity feature enables to monitor and control the charger remotely through my smartphone app which is very helpful and useful, and adds convenience by letting you schedule the charging sessions, track charging progress, and even receive notifications when charging is complete and this is my favorite part about the charger. Moreover, the charger is compatible with most electric vehicles on the market, making it suitable for a wide range of users. Furthermore, the charger is designed for both indoor and outdoor use, providing flexibility in installation options, and the charger can be either hardwired into the electrical system or connected using a NEW 14-50 plug. Highest Energy Efficiency Wall Charger

We were researching ev chargers for our house and this was highly recommended. It has wifi capabilities, scheduling like many others, but one of the standout reasons why I decided to go with this one is because southern california edison rates this as the highest energy efficiency. Performs exactly as expected for a level 2 charger. We use it for our 2023 Mustang Mach E.

Great option for not buying charger with car

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We are new to EV world and are excited to share that this electric charger has been amazing to use so far. Installation was super easy as per our electrician who installed it and instructions that come with the box are very easy to understand. Pros: Easy to install and use. The app is one of the most beneficial parts of the experience. Our utility company shares the high rate and low-rate times and we have programmed the car to charge in the low-rate time, adding to the benefit of switching from gas to electric. Cons: It needs the new 240-volt outlet on a dedicated 50A circuit installed with a 50-amp GFCI circuit breaker. This caused confusion and additional costs in the installation.

Very easy to use with the app. Electrician had no problem putting it in. Charger cord is plenty long. For some reason it's topping out at 16v right now so we have to reset it to try to get the full range but honestly even 16v is better than a trickle!

Charger

Fairly quick install and setup Did require two separate accounts to activate; one for ‘installer' and one for ‘owner' each with separate email address…..though this was not detailed anywhere so I got errors on setting up owner account. A call to customer service was explained I needed separate email for owner account….seems strange to have this requirement. So if you are an electrician doing your installation on your own car you need to have two email addresses…. Other than that it works great so far
